Lee Eun-ji, Mimi, Lee Young-ji and An Yu-jin are returning as the Earth Arcade cast for a new project built around the fictional Universe Rice-Cake Shop. The four performers bring their established comic chemistry to a sequence of tasks designed around opening and operating a small food business.
The tvN program, directed by Na Young-seok and Kim Ye-seul, was scheduled to air on July 31 at 8:35 p.m. The opening episode places the cast in a cooking contest in which only one member can claim the lead-chef position and the authority that comes with it.
The assignment grows out of a penalty from Earth Arcade 2. After falling into Torong's trap, the group must work at a rice-cake shop. With the story's main shop supposedly located on the Moon, the cast sets up its first Earth branch in Goheung and begins preparing for business.
Competition intensifies because the lead chef receives broad control over the kitchen. When the judge is revealed, however, the cast immediately questions the fairness of the contest. Lee Eun-ji calls the arrangement improper, while Lee Young-ji demands a replacement, turning the judge's identity into another comic mystery.
Lee Young-ji then deploys an unexpected visual tactic that draws laughter and leaves An Yu-jin joking that she feels too intimidated to continue. Elsewhere, Mimi runs into a last-minute problem while the contestants work with rice cakes under a time limit.
The episode follows whether Mimi can finish her dish and how the four performers convert a variety-show punishment into the practical work of launching a neighborhood rice-cake shop.
