Actor Cho Jung-seok is resuming music activity after roughly one year and nine months. Interest centers on how his clear singing voice and warm emotional style will carry into a new release.
Jam Entertainment announced the digital single through its official social channels on May 14. The song, whose title translates as Everything Felt Better After I Met You in an Otherwise Ordinary World, was scheduled for release on May 28.
The single is Cho's first release since his debut full-length album. The songwriting team Rocoberry participated in the project, and Cho contributed lyrics to give the track a more personal and sincere tone.
Cho previously drew attention in the music market through soundtrack performances for the Hospital Playlist series. He also displayed a broader range of musical skills through the entertainment project A-List to Playlist.
The new song was scheduled to become available across major music services at 6 p.m. on May 28.
