MONSTA X has drawn attention with a quieter expression of the group's familiar charisma.
Starship Entertainment released HEAL-version concept photographs for the U.S. album Unfold through the group's official social channels. The album was scheduled for a worldwide release on April 3.
The images use a black-and-white palette and deliberately restrained styling. Rather than relying on elaborate sets, the members look toward the camera, gaze into the distance or pause to drink water, creating a still and comfortable atmosphere around the idea of healing.
Unit and full-group photographs minimize color and movement while keeping attention on the members' expressions. The direction contrasts with some of the group's more forceful visual concepts and offers a different path into the new album.
A companion clip uses a film-camera texture and soft piano accompaniment. Together, the images and audio preview suggest that the record will move across a wider emotional and musical range.
The 12-track album includes baby blue and growing pains. Unfold was scheduled to arrive on major global music platforms at midnight on April 3.
